Here, we believe in the power of connection, where everyone can make a valuable contribution and where we grow together. In our community, you will find various features that will make your experience even richer.

One of the core components of our community are the Circles - these are the topics you can find on the left side of your screen. Each Circle represents a specific theme, both theoretical and practical, and provides a space to learn and engage in conversation about:

Trauma and post-traumatic growth: Explore frameworks, insights and stories about recovery and growth after difficult experiences.
The experience and process: Discuss your experiences, thoughts or questions about personal processes and how you deal with them.
Do you have questions, insights or ideas on any of these topics? Then share them in the appropriate channel within the Circle - that way we keep the conversations clear and focused. That way, we help each other further and ensure structured, valuable interaction.

Latest posts as you might have guessed, on the ‘Latest posts’ tab at the very top you will find the most recent posts from myself or other members. This is the perfect way to keep abreast of what others are up to, and you can use this section as an alternative to the circles if you want to share a post unrelated to any of them!

Meetups here you can see the scheduled talks for the month! These are held on a Tuesday in the middle of each month, so be sure to RSVP and bring your questions so I can answer them live! If you are unable to attend EDIT them in the ‘Live Coaching Call - Leave your questions here’ circle on the left, and I will answer them during our call. These calls are all recorded and automatically uploaded to the ‘Meetups’ tab shortly after!

Challenges - every month we have a scoring challenge you can participate in! Whether it's an image or video, you can download it, write music to it and upload your piece in response to the challenge. This is the perfect way to practise your chops and build your portfolio every month!
